Week 7

More reading / thinking and less programming this week (at last):

* Read all the way through "Quantum Computing Since Democritus" (Scott
Aaronson). Apart from skipping some details about complexity classes.
Interesting, but not as good as hoped - I think I may just be too dumb.
Much preferred his paper on philosophy and complexity.

* Worked out the notation in http://acooke.org/cute/EulersTheo0.html (maybe
this should be obvious - I guess it's standard - but it took me some
effort).

* Motivated by Aaronson's book, looked a bit at David Deutsch and Constructor
theory - https://www.metafilter.com/151942/Reinventing-Science

sure I will bother finishing it.

Also, more practically:

* Bought a drawing board and various bits, and did some technical drawing. In
particular, looked at how two tubes intersect when drawn in isometric.
