Pretty Decent Sushi, Providencia

Sushi in Santiago seems to be either mass-produced and bland, or expensive and
exclusive.

But Japon Ya in Pedro de Valdivia seems to have found something of a balance.
I've only used it once, as take-away, but the "fancy" (and expensive) rolls
were good, and the gyosas tasty and filling.

Next time we'll probably get less gyosas and one of the cheaper rolls (along
with an expensive one). It's hard to see how the cheaper ones could be worse
than anyone else's, and from what we had last night I expect they will be
better.

(Niu were OK, and closer, but they almost killed me a month or two back.
Nothing is worth two weeks of boiled rice waiting for your bowels to recover).
