You can buy bearings - any size, as many as you want - in the shops
along Vergara, just to the south of Alameda (near Los Heroes).  In
particular, maybe 4 or 5 shops in on the east side, there's a place
with dark blue signs with white writing that was very helpful.

They're called "bolitas" and 3/32" is just "tres treinta y dos".

I spent about $1.700 on 100x3/32, 2x1/8 and 2x3mm (so about $17 each).
