If you're using Opensuse Tumbleweed, particularly with KDE, you will be seeing
lots of problems when you try to resolve - warnings about kdebase4 not being
available in the correct version.

Do not update. Wait. This is a known problem and I assume it will be fixed
in a few days.

There is a discussion here -
http://forums.opensuse.org/english/get-technical-help-here/tumbleweed/463218-update-issues-nothing-provides-kdebase4-runtime-4-6-95-a.html
- but the best descripton of the underlying issue is here -

### Tumbleweed Back Working Now

I needed to manually change the version of kdebase4-session, but that was the
only package still in a strange state.

So, in more detail: I updated all packages with a newer version available, but
the consistency checker complained about kdebase4-session. So I cancelled the
check popup, went to that package, and manually selected the other version
available from tubelweed's repo. That fixed the conflict and the new packages
installed fine.
