## We Solve Hard Problems

I don't think I've mentioned this here - http://www.parti.cl

Alvaro and I wondered if there was any interested in a "problem oriented"
consultancy. The emphasis on "hard problems" was Alvaro's idea. We don't
mean horribly hard - we're not going to solve PvNP! But in our experience
people we know and work with tend to be pretty good at making websites and
databases, be intimidated by "maths". So that's the kind of hard we're

It would be great if the end result was some interesting problems, where we
can really help other people, and we make a little extra cash (as is probably
obvious, the money isn't the real motivator; on the other hand, it would be
awesome if we could make a living from just doing fun problems....)

PS The site is basically pandoc markdown (so that we can add tex maths if we
need to later) and a script with some very simple templating. The "look" I
was going for was modern and competent, but not too "professional". We're
just a couple of guys, not a SF based startup...
