Smart File Visualisation

Know how you can make a phase-space plot of chaotic data by treating
successive values as (x,y) pairs and plotting them? Ever wondered what
would happen if you do the same to files?

Turns out that the most interesting results come from bitmaps with shaded
gradients (if values are constantly decreasing you get a straight diagonal
line, I think, so the interesting results are somehow related to the
second derivative).

From same blog, interesting comment on Entropy -

above, incidentally (or not-so)).

Someone has done a sweet extension to 3D!
